Dudley to Nashville: Discovery's Latest projects
The Discovery team has been busy with exciting projects spanning from sunny Dudley to frosty Nashville. Sarah Evans , Jane Thompson and Grace E Adams successfully ran as assessment centre in Dudley for Flowtech , securing 6 offers (exceeding the target of 5) for internal sales support roles. This marked Flowtechs managers' first exposure to a rigorous candidate evaluation process covering group dynamics, business analysis, networking and interviews.
Meanwhile, Jonnie and Raj conducted workshops in Nashville, Tennessee for Sims Lifecycle Services Aspiring Leaders Programme and Empowered Leaders Programme, focusing on developing graduate talent and supporting managers. The experiential learning including a high ropes course, challenging participants on motivations, mindset and accountability.
