I recently had a profound realization about the nature of consciousness while reading a book called Prakriti. For the longest time, I believed that consciousness was about being aware of everything happening around me. However, this book has opened my eyes to a deeper understanding: true consciousness is about focusing on something with intention and clarity.
This journey has also helped me understand the vital role of mindfulness. Mindfulness is what provides us with awareness of our surroundings and enhances our consciousness. It’s the first step toward achieving a higher state of consciousness. When we practice mindfulness, we train our minds to be present and attentive, which lays the groundwork for true focus.
Reaching this state of higher consciousness, where we can focus intently on something, significantly boosts our willpower. Together, heightened consciousness and strengthened willpower create a powerful force for manifestation in our lives.
