Recently, during my visit to the Isha Foundation (Ashram) for a transformative experience lasting a couple of days, I had the privilege of delving deeper into the wellspring of my own self-awareness. It was an enlightening journey, one that not only taught me valuable lessons but also left me eager to continue exploring how I can channel my newfound inner calmness and knowledge towards building a brighter future for myself and the world.
