Sterning HR is conducting some research to share with our community. We value your voice and experience and so far the uptake has been great, and here is what is standing out so far:
- Finding the Right People Is Tough:? It's not just you—almost everyone says it's hard to find people who fit the job perfectly. It's a sign that we're all competing for a small pool of skilled people.
- How We Look for Talent: There's no one-size-fits-all here. Some of us are getting creative with finding new team members, and there's a lot of room to share ideas and find out what works best.

- Looking After Our Teams: We're increasingly focusing on ensuring our people are okay, not just at work but in life. Things like psychosocial support and wellness programs are big on our agenda.
- The Tools We Use: Regarding the software and other tools we use for HR stuff, it's a mixed bag. Some are super helpful, but others might need a second look to make sure they're doing what we need them to do.
