Today marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter for me!

I am thrilled to announce the launch of STRAT2TACT Consulting (www.strat2tact.com ), a boutique consulting business for BIOPHARMA, BIOTECH and MEDICAL DEVICES companies.

With over 25 years of experience, I am confident that the credibility that I have built over that time and the diverse portfolio of unique experiences will help address complex business challenges that companies face today.

My experiences include:

• leading teams in pharma, medical device, medical equipment, and diagnostics;
• a successful track record in over 15 therapeutic areas;
• diverse 1st hand experience in the United States, Canada, Europe and Japan;
• maneuvering diverse reimbursement systems and business models;
• leading start-ups for several companies with different challenges; and
• building, reorganizing, and energizing X-functional teams in global, regional, and country management roles.

If you are wondering how I came up with the name - the answer is simple:

• Strategy is the action plan that takes you where you want to go, while tactics are the individual steps and actions that will get you there. So in essence, STRAT2TACT Consulting will help you get from strategy to tactics.
• I have seen too many situations where good tactics saved the worst strategy, and conversely I have also witnessed bad tactics destroy the best strategies - so striking the right balance is critical.
• My objective is to make sure that the strategy to tactical continuum is optimized for my future partners.
