Happy New Year! I hope it was for you and your family.

I’d like to tell you a story about my past.

A few years ago I really struggled with stress, mainly to do with the work place but it also affected me outside of work too.

Unfortunately, that meant everyone around me was affected, especially those closest to me.

The other thing back then, was that I was always worrying about the future and it seemed my head was wrapped up in that most of the time. With all the time spent looking to the future, I had little time to concentrate on the present moment.

In fact I’d spent most of my life like that, and I can tell you it didn’t lead to fulfillment, joy and happiness.

So I’ve missed out on some really special moments in life because my head was elsewhere at the time, lost in thought, to what, at the time, seemed important to me. But in reality I was missing out on the truly important things in life happening right before my eyes.

A few years ago I came across a simple, but profound understanding and when it clicked, my stress literally dropped away in an instant. It’s no exagerration to say it’s changed my life.

This understanding is called the 3 Principles.

I’ll be covering this more over time and looking to help as many people as possible get a profound transformation in their lives, like I’ve had in mine as have others I’ve coached.

Soon I’ll be creating a programme for those who wish to experience their own profound transformation, which will ripple out into every area of life and business. Let me know if that’s something you’d be interested in.
