This month, we celebrate the incredible impact of our community in supporting adoptive placements. ? Recently, a community responded to a request and facilitated a successful adoptive placement.? These children have lived with their aunt and uncle for most of their lives and are excited about their adoption! However, the family was facing a challenge due to a bed bug infestation caused by a new piece of furniture. Afterward they faced big extermination costs, making it difficult to pay their rent.? ? Thanks to our dedicated community advocates and partners, this family’s needs were met. Every connection strengthens the care surrounding vulnerable children and families. November is National Adoption Month! ?? This month, we celebrate the power of adoption and our commitment to supporting families on their journeys. Recently, a local church helped preserve an adoptive placement by responding to a request for a baby monitor camera. This is essential for a child who was hospitalized due to stomach issues and needs a feeding tube. The monitor will help ensure his medical needs are met at night. Thanks to the members at Wyatt Park Christian Church, they provided the support this loving family needed. ??? Every connection strengthens the care around vulnerable children.
