Being a part of VIVA means a lot to me. It represents being part of a community that values collaboration and growth. I am supported and motivated at VIVA to contribute my best, knowing my efforts help shape our collective success. Being in an environment where your teammates are friendly, passionate, and committed to their work is inspiring.?

2. What advice would you give to someone who just joined the company?

My advice to someone new at VIVA would be to embrace the culture of learning and collaboration. Don’t hesitate to ask questions and seek guidance; everyone here is approachable and willing to help. Most importantly, enjoy the journey. There’s a lot to learn and many great people to meet.

3. Is there a colleague or team you especially enjoy working with? Why?

I especially enjoy working with my account manager, Alejandra Alas. She is always open to talk at any time and consistently helps me when unexpected situations arise. Her support and willingness to listen make navigating challenges much easier, and her approachable nature creates a positive and productive working relationship. Alejandra's dedication and assistance are truly invaluable to me.

4. How do you balance your work life with your personal life?

Balancing work and personal life can be challenging, but I prioritize it by setting clear boundaries and managing my time effectively. At VIVA, it’s easier to maintain this balance because we have weekends off, which allows me to recharge and spend quality time with family and friends. Outside of work, I engage in activities that I enjoy, and VIVA’s supportive environment also helps, as it promotes a healthy work-life balance.
