I think it's self to say we've all had moments where we've doubted ourselves.

During a major move or decision, our inner critic likes to rear its ugly head to run you though a list of self-deprecating through"what ifs."

But to truly remove self-doubt, it's best to discover the origin of where it comes from.

The Body & Confidence Center

An abundance of self-doubt or a harsh inner critic signals an imbalance in your body & confidence center ruled by your Solar Plexus Chakra.

Quick 101 on chakras:

Chakras are focal points of energy within the human body, according to ancient Indian spiritual traditions.

Derived from Sanskrit, the word "chakra" translates to "wheel" or "disk," reflecting the belief that these energy centers spin like wheels, influencing our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

There are seven main chakras aligned along the spine, each associated with specific organs, emotions, and aspects of consciousness.

The chakras are believed to be interconnected and should ideally remain balanced to promote optimal health and harmony.

Self doubt, lack of confidence, body image issues and fear of rejection all signal and imbalance in your Solar Plexus chakra.

Where does the imbalance come from?

If you've battled with self-doubt, lack of cinfidence & self esteem, body image issues, etc. for as long as you can remember, then most likely, it comes from your upbringing.

Did you have a hyper-critical parent?

Think deeply about your early years to try and pinpoint where it may have started.

If you remember not always having self-doubt and instead being a once confident person, then it's possible that the origins stem from one of these reasons below:

Emotional Issues

Unresolved emotions, such as stress, fear, anger, or sadness, can impact the balance of chakras. Emotional trauma or prolonged negative emotions may cause blockages or overactivity in specific energy centers.

Physical Health

Illness, injury, or chronic physical conditions can affect the corresponding chakras. For example, issues with the throat chakra may be linked to difficulties in communication, while imbalances in the root chakra could be associated with problems in the legs or lower back.

Environmental Factors

The environment we are in, including our relationships, work, and living conditions, can contribute to chakra imbalances. Unsupportive or stressful environments may negatively impact the energy flow in the chakras.

Unhealthy Lifestyle

Poor lifestyle choices, such as an imbalanced diet, lack of exercise, or substance abuse, can contribute to chakra imbalances. These factors can affect the overall energy flow in the body.

Spiritual Disconnect

Lack of spiritual practices or a sense of purpose may lead to imbalances in the higher chakras, impacting one's connection to higher consciousness and spiritual awareness.

Traumatic Experiences

Physical, emotional, or psychological trauma can create blockages in the energy flow, impacting the associated chakras. Healing from past traumas is crucial for restoring balance.

Unhealthy Thought Patterns

Negative thought patterns, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs can contribute to imbalances in the chakras. Practices like mindfulness and meditation can help address and transform these patterns.

Unbalanced Energy Exchange

Interactions with others can influence chakra balance. Unhealthy relationships, energy-draining interactions, or a lack of healthy boundaries may contribute to imbalances.

Re-balancing

Addressing chakra imbalances often involves a holistic approach that combines practices such as meditation, energy healing, yoga, and self-reflection.

Talking to someone or journaling is an absolutely amazing way to get your thoughts out and analyze them

Subconscious healing

The power of subconscious reprogramming lies in the profound influence it has on shaping our thoughts, behaviors, and ultimately, our lives.

The subconscious mind, a vast reservoir of beliefs and perceptions, plays a pivotal role in determining our responses to the world.

By intentionally reprogramming the subconscious, you can break free from limiting beliefs, overcome negative thought patterns, and foster positive transformations.

Techniques such as affirmations, visualization, and hypnosis are employed to communicate desired messages to the subconscious, gradually replacing ingrained notions with empowering ones.

This process not only enhances self-esteem and resilience but also opens doors to new possibilities, fostering personal growth and manifesting positive outcomes.
