Through AIR25 training, managers are empowered to recognize and mitigate unconscious biases that can undermine diversity efforts and psychological safety in the workplace.?

“We use a broad range of tools to get to the source of the issue, whether it's overall strategy, assistance or a situational pain point,” said Mary Ellen Gornick , Founding Partner of WPO Consulting Group. “Our team understands that every company’s challenges are as unique as their workforce. The experiences we've gained over the past 40 years, spanning industries, countries and cultures, have made us experts; we know what works and what doesn’t.”?

Participants who complete the AIR25 training program will receive a certificate of completion along with a comprehensive playbook.
