In the busy world of entrepreneurship, where every minute counts in the pursuit of success, adequate rest becomes a critical factor for optimal performance.
If you are looking to improve the quality of your sleep, you have come to the right place! In this article, I will share with you my personal nighttime ritual, designed to help you sleep longer and better.
So get ready to discover some secrets for a restful and revitalizing rest!
I want to start by telling you that the activities we do before sleeping are as crucial as those we do during the day. My nighttime routine is perhaps a little less strict than my daytime routine, but I still consider it vital.
Throughout my life, I never gave much importance to sleep, since I am not a fan of taking naps or spending a lot of time in bed. However, over time, I realized how essential sleeping well is to keeping us healthy and energetic.
A few years ago, I decided to integrate specific routines to improve the quality of my sleep, and the results have been nothing short of amazing.
Now I sleep more and better, which allows me to face the next day with a positive attitude and full of energy.
Although it may seem contradictory to my active nature and my resistance to spending time resting, I have discovered that a good night’s sleep is the key to a successful and productive day.
Personally, I have found the perfect accompaniment at night in two magical infusions: “golden milk,” with turmeric and spices, and “moon milk.”
I love preparing a delicious golden milk, based on turmeric and spices. It has comforting properties that help me relax and prepare for sleep.
On the other hand, I also like “moon milk.” With its heavenly blue color and intoxicating aroma, it immerses me in a state of peace and tranquility that facilitates sleep.
Pairing these drinks with a moment of gratitude and reflection before bed helps me fall asleep with a feeling of peace and contentment.

In addition to enjoying my nighttime tea, I also find benefit in taking salt baths three times a week, especially on high-stress days. These baths, combined with some energetic dancing to release tension, help me to relax my mind before bed.
It is important to stay away from stimuli that can interfere with sleep, such as watching the news before going to sleep. Instead, I suggest reflecting on the day in a journal, expressing gratitude for the positive and reflecting on areas for improvement.
Even in times of exhaustion, taking a few minutes to be grateful can have a significant impact on our emotional well-being.
Before going to bed, I also spend some time reading. I love diving into inspiring biographies that help me learn and grow as a person.
Through these stories, I find motivation and inspiration to face new challenges and pursue my dreams with determination.
As you may notice, my nighttime routine focuses on creating a calm and relaxing environment that prepares me for a restful sleep. From enjoying my magical tea to immersing myself in a good read, each activity has its purpose and contributes to my overall well-being.
In this way, I have found the perfect balance between hard work and self-care, allowing me to face each day with renewed energy and mental clarity.

Quality sleep is crucial for peak entrepreneurial performance! Your nighttime ritual sounds promising—looking forward to learning those secrets for a revitalizing rest!
Thank you so much for sharing your routine! I didn’t know of the moon milk. At nighttime, I love having a shower with Himalayan salt (I don’t have a bath), vocalising gratitude and meditating for 20 minutes using mantras and a few pages of books that make me learn something new ??
