Understanding Trust & Like Score Rankings:

There's undeniable evidence linking stakeholder behavior to the level of trust and affinity they have for a company.

?At the core of our evaluation is the Trust & Like Score, a paramount metric we employ to gauge the strength of a company's brand and reputation.

This score is derived from respondents' answers to two pivotal questions:

  1. To what extent do you trust this company?
  2. To what extent do you like this company?

The responses to both questions are given on a 1–7 Likert scale, which we rescale to a 0–100 range for easier comparability.

?To protect the integrity of the data, we don’t apply any filters, weights or adjustment factors or otherwise manipulate it.
