As the organisation you need most when you least expect it, it’s important that the New Zealand Blood Service is equipped to carry out its lifesaving work in the long term. Technology is critical to the organisations work, and its recent implementation of public and private cloud services has set it up for the future. ?
Pyjama project office breakfasts?
As winter sets in, a warm pair of pyjamas makes all the difference in getting a good sleep during cold nights. As part of Datacom’s ongoing partnership with the Kindness Collective, our teams across our Aotearoa New Zealand offices donated over 200 pairs of pyjamas to their Pyjama Project which helps keep Kiwi kids warm during winter. As part of this effort, our Auckland and Wellington offices held breakfast donation drives, where team members donned their best pyjamas, donated children's pairs to the cause, and enjoyed a range of pastries, fruits, and cereals – setting a wonderful tone for the day. ?
Putting UDC borrowers in the driver’s seat?
Innovation, creativity, and collaboration were integral in building an accessible customer portal for UDC Finance, New Zealand’s largest non-bank lender. Now, the MyUDC portal is empowering borrowers to stay on top on top of their vehicle loans and helping UDC Finance look toward the future. ?

Our recent trivia night held in support of Ovarian Cancer Australia was a success, raising over $10,000 that will go towards helping people with ovarian cancer, so they don’t have to walk alone.?
