Dated:24-05-2024 Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Dr. Rashid Sattar, Ph.D. in Economics. I am working as an Assistant Professor at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. I would like to address an urgent issue regarding my bank account. My CNIC number is 31202-871-80821, and my account number is 1470xxxxxxxxxxxx903. Recently, I discovered that an amount of PKR 64,369 has been held from my account by your Branch Manager. I am unclear as to the purpose of this hold. My credit card is clear, and I have repaid a previously approved loan of PKR 2,00,000. No notice or explanation was given before this restriction was imposed, and it happened even before my salary was credited. I have always been eligible for bank loans and have complied with all formalities. As a government employee, I request an immediate inquiry into this Branch Code 1473, and provide me with justice. a strict action be taken against?manager?why he not issue me,and or come into the?notice of SBP. I made fund transfer on dated 4-may-2024 The beneficiary did not received. I complained to the call center I was given a complaint number along with 7 working days time After 7 days I received a reply that the payment has reached the beneficiary's account. When I confirmed again with the beneficiary, I found out that the payment had not reached the beneficiary. Then I emailed the complaint center I was again given a new complaint number and 3 working days time After that the reply came again that the payment has reached the beneficiary. And I was asked for the beneficiary's bank statement which I gave Then again I was asked for three days time During this time I also kept going to the branch manager who could not help me. And kept saying openly that I can't do anything After contacting the complaint centre, the same response is received till now Provide the beneficiary's bank statement. The amount has reached the beneficiary. And every time they are giving me 3 days or 4 days time Even though I have collected all the proofs, the payment has not been credited to the beneficiary's account yet. This is my 4th complain number regarding this case C2105240920 issue is still unsolved
