I just flew back from Columbus to my SLC home this morning. I was there for a quick trip to tour a property that we are analyzing and likely taking the next steps to acquire. This would be my team's 7th Columbus acquisiton, all in the last 4 years.

When we began our quest for prime real estate markets, our mentor Neal Bawa put Columbus at the top of the list, referencing the economic and employment fundamentals. ???? Tech Sector Surge: The $20 billion Intel microchip factory development is set to create 10,000 jobs, supercharging the local tech scene and housing demand. Other companies such as Amazon have followed this emergence and Columbus is evolving into the midwest tech center.

The affordability of single family housing and residential rents, combined with a modest cost of living compared to other markets allows us to pencil deals that provide the possibility of our investors enjoying ongoing returns throughout the ownership of our assets.

?? Quality of Life: With a cost of living below the national average, Columbus offers a lifestyle that balances work with leisure, driving steady housing demand. There is very little in the way of traffic congestion and I often joke that nothing in Columbus is more than a 20 minute drive away.
