Broadcasted live from GBTEC’s HQ in Bochum, Germany, the Process Days 2024 as "The World's Finest BPM & BPA Event That Will Change the Way You Work" attracted thousands of process management enthusiasts worldwide.??

Our experts showcased the BIC Platform BPM Suite, demonstrating how to achieve comprehensive transformation with AI, especially through our innovative new development, Arty. Renowned customers like Horizon Power, in-tech, ETL, and Arvato Systems joined us, providing live insights into their projects with BIC products and inspiring participants with their innovative approaches.?

A standout moment was the keynote speech by author and AI expert Karl-Heinz Land on "Earth 5.0." Land's inspiring talk highlighted the vast potential of AI and its transformative impact on digitalization. He described AI as the "steam engine moment of digitalization" and discussed its significant implications for businesses. Following the keynote, we delved into new opportunities AI offers in the BPM landscape, exploring its intersection with sustainability and technology while carefully considering the human factor.?

With the introduction of our new AI assistant, Arty, this year’s event marked a new era of digital transformation. Co-founder Marc Stromberg delivered a live presentation on the latest capabilities of the BIC platform, highlighting how AI-driven process transformation can significantly boost workflow efficiency as well as drive meaningful social and sustainable changes for the future.?

Kicked off by Samuel Brandst?tter (Head of Product Line GRC & Managing Director) and Philipp Strokosch (Head of Sales GRC), GBTEC’s GRC Day began with an overview of the latest GRC market trends and the advantages of our comprehensive GRC platform, which offers fully integrated solutions for a wide range of use cases.?

The Future Is Shaped by ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance)?

In the race for the “GRC Word of the Year”, ESG is likely leading the pack. Starting next year, many large companies will have to comply with the new EU rules for sustainability reporting. In his keynote speech, Kaspar Kühl from greenfield Consulting offered an excellent overview of the evolving legal landscape and how companies can confidently prepare for it.??

The practical side took center stage when Sandra Blaha (Solution Architect) and Ronald Prahs (Head of Presales) demonstrated how effortlessly companies can manage their sustainability with BIC GRC – covering everything from conducting double materiality analyses to generating sustainability reports in line with CSRD requirements.?
