Discourse-185 Light is shallow & darkness has a great depth

You cannot see the stars without darkness. Witness the moment of darkness and you can notice that without darkness, light never exist at all. Darkness of life give you tremendous opportunity which light cannot bring it. Be fearless and fill your heart with full of love and compassion and finally you can notice that darkness supported you in many ways and bring happiness and joy so darkness was needed and act as a fuel to move us forward. Therefore, darkness was blessing in disguise but it depends upon us how we look at the things.

We need to understand that everything is temporary and keep on changing from time to time or moment to moment. As long as we are holding higher vibration of self-love and compassion, nothing wrong ever takes place because we are emitting very high frequency and whole existence is ready to support us but we are living with ego and closed belief system therefore we are not able to see it. The whole existence is ready to support us but we are looking for small things like money, sex etc. therefore we miss it and continuously we miss it.

Every moment is an opportunity especially when we are in problem or any great disaster. It depends upon us how we look at the things. Recently my car got hail damage where I live in Calgary. More than 10k car damaged in my area. It brought millions of opportunities at the same time however it was a natural disaster. It is an opportunity to practice my own meditation practice in chaos which bring tremendous value in my life because anger, anxiety, fear etc. happened in the beginning. Without it, I cannot practice it at all. I learnt how to transcend these negative emotions as well. I had a chance to interact with many different people from different industry and learn how does it work. Remember everything depends upon us how we look at things with positive or negative mental attitude. -Sanjeev Kumar
