DISCORDIA in May: A month to appreciate our courage

Five core values define who we are at DISCORDIA Transport & Logistics : Excellence, Courage, Responsibility, Imagination, and Innovation. These values set us apart, driving our commitment to exceeding expectations and inspiring us to push boundaries and deliver outstanding results for our clients. They are the foundation for a collaborative and supportive work environment, where everyone feels valued and respected.

We are launching an internal campaign to give all Discordians the opportunity to show their full potential and to distinguish themselves as courageous in their work. By the end of June, everyone on our team will have the opportunity to nominate or self-nominate themselves for accomplishing "feats" that meet certain criteria. Proactivity is one of the characteristics of courage, so we encourage employees to actively participate, and the best of them will be recognized at a special ceremony.

We believe in constant growth. That's why we're kicking off an internal campaign for each of us to demonstrate the values and strengths that make us Discodians. We're thrilled to announce that DISCORDIA's Month of Courage is here! Throughout May and June, we'll be encouraging team members to step outside their comfort zones, embrace new challenges, and reach their full potential.
