Notice how many people are glued to their screens and completely immersed in their mobile devices, rather than engaging with those sitting right in front of them.

This reality is a stark reminder of how technology can inhibit real-life interactions, making it easier to feel connected in theory, but isolated in practice.

In our hyper-connected age, it’s ironic that so many of us feel increasingly alone.

The digital landscape offers countless ways to engage and communicate, yet many report feeling isolated and disconnected.

This paradox, often referred to as the "disconnection dilemma," raises important questions about our social and mental well-being in a world that prioritizes convenience over genuine human connection.
