Don't give the coffee in the mug away, only give the overflow...SIMPLY means understanding the importance of conserving your time, energy, and headspace for things that matter to you, to achieve your dream?and vision, so you can?avoid being overwhelmed?and feeling overworked!
Do you often?feel you are focussing on or?pleasing consciously or subconsciously others, doing their tasks, putting their likes, dislikes, or needs before yours??Yes!
And then by end of your day, you are fatigued, low on energy?to focus?on your wants.?Do you feel frustrated? Sad? Stuck? Losing your spark?and enthusiasm??RECOGNISE THIS?
If you are reading this, means?you are looking to CHANGE,?so you can refocus and zero in?on your purpose, and vision.?
Below are 9 simple tips, on how you can start to realign your mindset, so you have the zeal to?leap and achieve what you want confidently...
1- You have a Choice:
You do have a choice. Awareness is often the first step toward changes. This will support your decision to say no as and when needed.
2-Say No:
You can say no to things that drain your energy and take you off course. However, convey this in a polite and constructive manner. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
3- Set Boundaries:
These are limits you set yourself and others to say?what's acceptable or not by you. Once you have clarity around this, convey it in the manner you like to be spoken to. Some people may not like it, while others may start drifting away, that's normal, so be prepared for it.
4-?Identify your priorities:
Once you narrow down what your priorities are, the kind of people?you want in your life, or the type of situations you prefer or not, it will be easier for you to use your energy for things that you enjoy?doing.
5-Time Management:
Be conscious and respect your time as others may not. Set time limits for phone calls, meetings, discussions, or even when you giving support to someone. This is the only way you will have time to do what you want for yourself.
6-Do not give Excuses or say Sorry:
Be direct, open, and honest with yourself first, so you can be honest with others. Don't apologize for protecting yourself, if you are not at fault.
7-Celebrate your progress:
Even if 3 out of 10 times you can so No, celebrate it. You are finally putting yourself first in the priority line.

8-Positive Chat:
If doubts pop up, tell yourself you are being kind to yourself in saying No. You are looking after yourself. You don't have to feel guilty.
9-Take support:
If you are struggling to set boundaries or say no, take the support of a coach, mentor, or even a friend. You don't have to walk this path alone.
Few softer ways to say no, so you can?start shifting your mindset stress-free are...
1-I don't owe anyone explanations
2-'No' to you is a 'YES'??to me
3- I won't be able to do it
4-Thank you, maybe another time
5-Let me get back to you
Now imagine a life with?less CONFUSION and more CONTENTMENT & CONTROL
