The ability to not only do what needs to be done but also identify those things you need to stop doing is powerful—and a great foundation from which to build.

As you think about where you want to be and identify the next step to get there, it helps to be surrounded by others on the same path.

When you consider the question of who, this is a leading parameter to consider.
