DiSC is a personal assessment tool that more than one million people use annually. The interactive training is proven to help improve teamwork, communication and diversity in the workplace. The assessment uses individual data to provide information about each person’s workplace priorities and preferences and the training teaches us how to connect better with colleagues whose priorities and preferences differ from our own.

Recently, we gathered together for a full day of training with Dr. Mimi Hull, a licensed psychologist who wrote the book (or at least the chapter) on assessments in the Encyclopedia of Human Resource Management. The day was full of great takeaways, laughter, and the opportunity to connect with associates from different teams on topics outside of commercial real estate.
