27 year infertile nullipara, with 2 previous IVF failures

Symptomatic++ deep endometriosis infiltrating mid rectum on 5 cm length and vagina on 3 cm length

We carried out a large disc excision using CDH33 transanal stapler, and avoided low colorectal resection.

Natural conception attempts will be allowed for 9 consecutive months.

Operative time 2h.

the surgery was performed during the ETHICON workshop at Clinique Tivoli-Ducos, 15-16/11/2018, Bordeaux.
