1. Introduction
An anode furnace matched with the product is used for casting and production of a copper anode plate, and the anode plate specification can be customized according to the requirements of a user, the finished product is free of die, hemming, flash, etc.
2. Process flow
molten copper liquid→launder→ upper tundish→lower tundish→ disk casting machine→cooling device →plate-opening device→oil cylinder collecting plate device→finished product.
The minimum size furnace capacity is 1100t per month,
The minimum casting disc is 20~30 tons per hour + the reverberatory furnace is 16~20 hours for one furnace of copper, and the monthly processing capacity is 1100 tons.
