I just had to send mine back. After two weeks of chatting and mailing with the German Huawei support, they told me I could not change the ear cushions myself, and also, they didn't HAVE the replacement parts. That's crazy. When the cushioning gets worn out, the headphone is e-waste. I refuse to support that. I'm unfortunate to return them.... Great headphones.
