Disappointing #SpiceJet

I recently wanted to book a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi but by mistake that destination interchange icon got clicked and I end up booking the ticket from Delhi to Mumbai. I realized the mistake immediately (within 5 minutes) and called the Makemytrip call Centre, they asked my to hold as they have to check with #Spicejet airlines ( as the ticket was from #SpiceJet), but #SpiceJet just gave one straightforward answer to them that in our policy we don't provide refund for these mistakes, if you want to escalate this just mail at our customer care id. I even emailed them about this mistake.
So this whole thing took around 20 minutes. Calling customer care 3 times, mailing them 5-6 times. But nothing happened. They replied on that mail after 3 days with the same reply that we don't have refund policy for these mistakes. please refer to our standard refund policy. So I got zero refund on that ticket.
Here I want to understand how much money It would have costed #spicejet if they have just cancelled my ticket within that 5-10 minutes of my booking ?I feel that these online apps, with everyone behind these technologies, even people start behaving like machines, having limited data fed to them, one answer for any issue, no matter how much you escalate the matter, their are just more and more people who behaves like machine with no human touch in them.
We are trying to imitate human emotions into machines and we are converting people into machines with no human emotions just limited preloaded data. So much disappointed in #spicejet
