?? New year, same me campaign

Last week, Evenbreak launched a powerful multi-platform campaign called 'New Year, Same Me,' aimed at challenging the societal pressure to constantly transform. Instead of focusing on change, we turned the spotlight on self-acceptance by asking our team a refreshing question: "What are you keeping the same this year?" Their responses were featured in eye-catching graphics, sparking an engaging conversation across our channels.

The "New Year, New Me" rhetoric often overlooks the lived experiences of disabled people, placing the onus on disabled people to make change. For example, you can’t make a resolution to take up a new sport if accessible facilities aren’t available in your area. Creating truly inclusive spaces means acknowledging and removing these barriers to ensure everyone can participate in the goals they set for themselves.
