The United Spinal Association is a wonderful and ongoing resource. I've spoken to the members on and off but thought it was for people who had accidents. This time I took a significant amount of time reading the comprehensive website. There are zoom meetings on a daily basis meant for all groups including siblings, caregivers, parents, families, children employment, nutrition and more. Every state has a chapter, Pennsylvania used to have 3 but now they are down to 1. Therefore, I'm going to start one in Allentown. I expect to meet and help many new people.
