The "Dirty Little Secret" Most #Hackers Don't Want You To Know...

Stop chasing the easy way - for the sake of sheer laziness.
Here’s the thing I see many folks miss…
Anyone who’s ever created a Hack, had to do the 10,000 hour thing and take the long road BEFORE they knew how to short cut the process.
So when THEY talk to you about THEIR hack, they are coming from a consciousness embedded with the 10,000 hours of practice.
You are not.
You don’t get any context.
This is why those who ONLY learn the hack, without understanding the wider picture are doomed to mediocre performance…
...and don’t get the execution right. (Which is everything!)
That doesn’t mean hacks don’t work.
They just happen to work better when you have CONTEXT for WHY they work.
You need to understand what has been removed, to fully appreciate what remains.
That’s why a great teacher will provide the shortcut -- the optimal pathway to success — but ALSO share the broader perspective of how they came to that solution, why it works, what it took to decode their vast experiences and recode them into practical, useful, accelerated techniques.
Don’t simply buy into the #hack — look who’s providing it, and evaluate the credibility of their experience.
If someone’s only showing you the tip of the iceberg, and holding the rest hostage (their “secret”), be wary — they may only know the tip, and not have the depth of knowledge to explain what lies beneath the surface.
Sure it might work, but longevity and accuracy requires wisdom.
And whilst a hack is great to get a quick win, what you want is the ability to iterate and make it your own.
And that is difficult without full context, wisdom of experience and deep knowledge of subject matter.
If you’re gonna hack, choose the teacher very wisely.
The internet is plagued with gurus selling snake oil — who have no understanding of snakes, or oil ??
If you’re looking for acceleration, what you want are shortcuts backed by hard-won, battle tested strategy and experience.
THAT is a hack you can trust.
It’s the iceberg beneath the surface distilled into its essence.
The value is in the stuff below the surface, not the tip alone.
The Titanic was sunk by what was unseen.
I think that’s a decent allegory for where you want to look for answers and true accelerated learning.
