Demand for workers continues to boom as strategic investment ramps up. The Bureau of Labor Statistic’s annual benchmark revision suggests there were fewer job gains than previously reported.

The FTC’s ban on non-compete contracts has been overturned and they may appeal the decision while continuing to enforce existing rules on a case-by-case basis.

The US is entering a new boom cycle for skilled electricians to help modernize the nation’s vast energy infrastructure.

The BLS released their scheduled benchmark revision of employment numbers , revealing a downturn in previously reported jobs gains.

A Texas U.S. District Court has thrown out the FTC’s proposed ban on noncompete agreements in the workforce, which was set to take effect in early September.

A new rule for Legacy Coal Combustion Residuals will go into effect early November , including the removal of some exemptions for inactive facilities.
