It seems like driving anywhere in the city now-a-days there are construction crews and orange cones as far as the eye can see. It is an exciting time to be in real estate and encouraging to see vacant tracts of land being brought to life. This particular development is located along Eagle Ranch Rd on the westside of Albuquerque. Just west of Coors Blvd, this important road connects the residential housing to the Cottonwood submarket. Immediately surrounding is the US Eagle Credit Union, The Aspens Apartments, Pitre Kia car dealership and the Venture Commerce Center office/flex condos.
