This is a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Truckload Pricing Operations with a proven track record of success in managing domestic truckload pricing operations and managerial leadership.?

Director of Truckload Pricing Operations - Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.???
• 5+ years of recent truckload pricing experience with 3PL Domestic Over the road experience.??
• Prior experience with truckload marketplace and pricing strategies.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.????
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, very good verbal and written communications, interpersonal, customer-focused, and team building skills.
• Highly proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.??
• Must have experience with McLeod.
• Prior experience with data analytical tools preferred.??
• Experience with Four Kites and Project 44 software preferred.

Director of Truckload Pricing Operations - Responsibilities:

• Manage the domestic truckload pricing operations to include customer bidding process, contracts, awards, system billing and rating structures, EDI, and API data management.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to establish and implement pricing strategies.
• Assist sales and support operations with the completion of customer request for information and pricing.
• Lead efforts to establish pricing strategies for customers and assist/lead pricing initiatives by in-depth comparative analysis to market and other important indicators.
• Develop relationships with partners including senior and executive leadership, operations, and sales.
• Provide strategic leadership for technical and strategic areas to include process improvement, analysis, and industry knowledge.
• Lead evaluation and analysis of data and resources used in the development of customer solutions.??
• Partner with technology team to enhance the technology tools to support the organization pricing needs.
