• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or Software; HR SaaS a plus
• Successful background of growth with a verifiable track record
• Experience managing partner sales
• Proven leadership and mentorship of a team
• Highly effective at building relationships
• Results-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, assertive, collaborative, confident, and ambitious

Director of Sales responsibilities:

• Participate in Board meetings with ongoing reporting to international management
• Track needs and trends among competitors in order to grow revenue
• Meet sales, budgets, and profit targets
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, suppliers, and procurement
• Ensure customer success leads to increased sales with existing customers
• Implement strategies to increase sales to new customers
• Finalize service agreements
