This is a sales-focused leadership position demanding a strategic mind and a passion for exceeding goals. Canadian sales experience at a large hotel or in a regional leadership role is mandatory.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Lead the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams: Develop and execute revenue-maximizing strategies in collaboration with their directors.
  • Be a Strategic Sales Leader: Analyze market data to craft winning sales strategies that achieve hotel budget targets while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Revenue Management Guru: Oversee annual budgeting and spearhead revenue optimization meetings.
  • Team Leadership Champion: Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment that promotes professional growth.
  • Marketing Powerhouse (Collaboration, not Solo Act): Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Hospitality Visionary: Play a key role in shaping the hotel's strategic direction regarding sales mix, pricing, direct sales initiatives, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Management (ideally 10+ years in a large hotel environment).
  • Canadian Sales Powerhouse: Proven track record of success in driving sales within the Canadian hospitality industry, ideally in a large hotel setting or a regional leadership role.
  • Market Share Mastermind: Possess a strong understanding of market share analysis and industry trends.
  • Excel Expert: Proficiency in Excel is a must for data analysis and reporting.
  • IDeaS Advantage: Prior experience with IDeaS revenue management software is a plus.
