Director of Revenue, London ￡60K-￡65K + Benefits + Bonus

We're proud to be working exclusively with Intercontinental London - The O2 as we collaborate with their leadership team on their current recruitment campaign across all areas of commercial including Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing & and e-commerce. The first role we are looking for is Director of Revenue to join their dynamic commercial team.

The ideal candidate will be a strong Revenue leader that understands the nuances and complexities of working within the on property space in the London market with extensive experience in bedroom and MICE. Due to the nature of the role, you’ll need to be highly analytical, commercially minded and a strong communicator.

The Role:

The Director of Revenue is responsible for maximising overall rooms and apartment revenue as well as performance with a strong influence towards MICE & Group strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous major brand experience in revenue management in a 4/5 star environment is preferred
• Team player with strong and positive interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a frequently changing market environment. Be proactive and able to “think outside of the box”.
• Develop constructive relationships both within Arora Hotels and also external clients and suppliers
• Commercial Approach, identify and proactively pursue revenue maximisation for the hotel within the Revenue Management function for all revenue streams. Assist with driving Sales, Marketing and Distribution/E-commerce
• Computer literate & Excellent knowledge of Online Extranets and web tools
