Cheswold Park Hospital are looking to appoint a new Director of Nursing / Chief Nurse to join our Board of Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Director wanting to join a brilliant team of professionals and have a great influence on the future of the organisation and patient care.

Cheswold Park Hospital is a medium secure hospital that works in partnership with the NHS to provide care for men and women with mental illness, personality disorder, autism and learning disabilities. We are extremely proud of our GOOD CQC rating, and work in partnership with the NHS to develop a range of excellent facilities for our patients and team members.

Our core values are what sets us apart and our willingness to grow is what has made the hospital an exciting place to join. The Director of Nursing / Chief Nurse will be responsible in driving our values through our nursing teams into patient care.
