Director, Building & Development Review Svcs posting closes Monday

This key leadership position in Pinellas County will be responsible for a departmental budget of $16.6 million and lead a team of 109 staff member in the Building Services, Development Review Services and Code Enforcement divisions.

The County allows for equivalency of education and professional experience including responsible leadership and management experience as follows:

• Master’s degree in related field and at least 4 years or
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 6 years or
• Ten (10) years of professional experience including five (5) years of ?responsible leadership and management experience
