OSM comes in a variety of forms from elements, 3D Volumetric, Hybrid systems including Bathroom, Kitchen & Utility pods. Many UK property developers lean towards a hybrid solution adopting the use of Bathroom or Kitchen pods or Panels as a first port of call. This may be considered by some as a safer entrance point for those to enter the modular journey dipping their toes in the water. Bathroom Pods are built to order, with specific fittings provided to the clients requirements including tiles, sanitary ware, floors, walls, electrical fittings (including position of) and pipe types etc.

Bathroom Pods

Bathroom pods are designed and produced in a factory according to individual needs of a client. Each unit is equipped with heated floor, waterproofing, tiles, painting, all sanitary devices, mirrors, lightening and other accessories. Water and sewage systems, electrical installation, ventilation mounted and tested in the factory. The pod is delivered to a site in a package protected from environmental impact. Our various worldwide partners can produce a variety of pods from Steel Sandwich Panels, GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) to a hybrid of the technologies.
