The Sparklings is an American and Italian dining bar located at 8310 S Rainbow Blvd #100, Las Vegas, NV 89139. The style of the restaurant resembled that of fine dining and luxury, however, it was casual. The quality of the food was amazing and fresh. Their menu consisted of American and Italian fusion items from brunch to dinner. They also had a variety of beverages for all age groups.

I ordered a Shrimp Po Boy sandwich, Caesar salad, a Classic Vanilla Crème Brulee, and a handmade strawberry lemonade. My entire order totaled to $24.88 (including tax). The Shrimp Po Boy was on the heavier side as my entree, but the Caesar salad was very light yet filling. The strawberry lemonade had fresh strawberries and was handmade by my server. The atmosphere within The Sparklings is very casual and calm like most fine dining restaurants. They guest service was great, and the servers were very nice and understanding. This restaurant also has a variety of other meals that are not too greasy or too heavy.
