The Digital Sustainability Conference, better known as DINAconCH, enables industry professionals, technology enthusiasts and policy-makers to converge and exchange views on digital sustainability. The main objective is to understand and strategize on how digital knowledge resources can be harnessed to achieve maximum societal and environmental benefits.

Spotlight on the NexSIS project

In the conference track ""Open Source: Sustainable Innovations and Opportunities for Service Providers, Procurers and End Users"", I'll be unveiling an overview of the ambitious NexSIS program. This solution on which Camptocamp is working was initiated in 2019 with the aim of revolutionizing the operational efficiency of French fire and rescue services.

NexSIS is a modern, resilient and user-centric information system built on the foundations of Open Source technologies. Its focus is on streamlining operations, from handling distress calls to producing detailed incident reports. An integral component of the system is its geographically-centered design, which exploits a variety of geographic data sources, enabling precision and speed in emergency response operations.
