This is established beyond doubt that in this dynamic world of ever changing technology, customer needs , competitive disruption and regulatory environment, to survive organisations needs to be "Agile" in every aspects of business .
The real challenge comes during implementation of such agile approaches , on what path to take considering current deliveries , maturity of organisation, competency & legacy systems & structures.
Various organisation have implemented pilot projects & have gained " Incremental" benefits but how to scale ?
In my view there is no one right answer, all depends upon various factors listed above but one thing is for sure to get full benefits of Agile organisation's need to revisit
Organisational structures , Roles & Responsibilities, Skill set & Mindset development
What do you feel ? Suggestions are welcome .

5 年Agree with you Abhishek. Agile is a mindset and approach and more of a culture than stratgy which each employee needs to embrace. But at the same time there is nothing called 100% agile which i believe is hypothetical. Actual implementation would lie anywhere between agile and stagegate depending upon various factors as highlighted by you.
