Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Apps are enabling users and organizations across the globe to analyze, act, and automate the data to digitally transform their businesses. Today’s business challenges can be addressed in a short time, by leveraging a combination of business applications and no-code/low-code capabilities, thereby enabling connected customer experiences.
There were multiple use cases where business teams achieved remarkable ROI and created impact by using Dynamics 365 & Power platform. Below is one of the recent and simple solutions leveraging a combination of tools to address the business challenges in a short interval.
The customer needed to transition operations from manual email-based processes to digital and close the loop by capturing the insights to measure the effectiveness of the partners. Current business challenges include missing assignment acknowledgements by partner or first customer contacts timestamps, manual operations subject to human errors, lack of proactive follow-ups, and tracking the performance and effectiveness.
The solution was built leveraging Customer Voice to create business-friendly forms, Power Automate to automate the outdated business operations and used Power BI for real-time business intelligence data reporting. Dynamics 365 Marketing capabilities like Customer Journeys and Marketing Pages are used for orchestration along with Data verse to store the data.
The end solution resulted in an automated operations, streamlined communications, and dashboards with real time performance metrics. Not only have manual processes been eliminated, this also significantly improved partner communication times.
