IT Digitisation Engineer (DevOps / SRE)

I reflect upon the Onion peel for an IT Digitisation Engineer. As with my previous blogs, this is based on 'Class SRE implements DevOps' philosophy and that DevOps is a culture and not a role.

The Onion center reflects the Values, and these are super important for a Leader to consider when constituting a team for long-standing success. As we move outwards, the skills are transferable skills. With a learning mindset, and with a trustworthy leadership and a fail-safe ecosystem, the technical and functional skills are acquirable.
