Digiteq Automotive supports the Automated Driving Alliance

Did you know that Digiteq Automotive takes part on the Automated Driving Alliance by CARIAD and Bosch? This is a joint cooperation with a goal to bring L3 autonomous vehicles to the roads! My team is on CARIAD site and participates on algorithm development for Video Perception domain. This means that we contribute to topics like traffic light detection, curb detection and measurement or dynamic objects detection, mostly using convolution neural networks. ?

The whole Alliance is huge and we are part of 8 teams. The biggest team, where we participate, is responsible for 3D Reconstruction of the scene. Also I am happy that we keep extending our participation in trailer vision topics, which is where we actually have quite a long history from other projects. I have travel assist in my car, which is able to drive me on roads, but e.g. reacting on traffic lights colours will be perfect add on.?
