Ireland Falls Behind in Global Digital Trust and Cyber Resilience Race
A recent 普华永道 Ireland study found that only 28% of Irish organisations have a robust cybersecurity strategy.?
This is compared to 33% of global companies who do.?
Further, the most common types of cyber threats facing Ireland are third-party breaches, ransomware and cloud-related threats.
However, 66% of Irish firms are planning to increase their cybersecurity budget in the next year, with a strong focus on risk mitigation.?

Most Employees Are Bringing Their Own AI To Work, Report Reveals
The latest Work Trend Index Report published by 微软 shows that most employees that were surveyed are bringing their own AI tools to work.?
The report goes on to show that 46% of workers have started using generative AI tools in the last 6 months, whether that be ChatGPT or automation software, highlighting a fast adoption in the workplace.?
The bosses are on board too. 79% of leadership surveyed said that they agree AI adoption is essential to stay competitive, but there are still wide concerns about how to implement the new technology.?
