Post Office Breach Caused By Broken Website Upgrade
It has emerged that, earlier this year, human error has caused a serious data breach in the Post Office, exposing personal details of hundreds of victims of the Post Office Scandal.?
It has come forward that an unredacted document was accidentally published on the Post Office website and could have been live for a few months.?
