The Shift From Analogue To Digital Is A Priority For The NHS, Says Health Secretary?
The health secretary of the UK, Wes Streeting, has said that moving to complete digitalisation is one of the only things that will make a ‘considerable improvement’ for the NHS.?
His words come ahead of the much anticipated 10 year plan for the NHS, which is meant to include planning guidance, public health grant allocations and GP funding arrangements.
2024 saw many technological implementations in the health service, for example AI is being used to identify frequent A&E users.?

Military of Defence Confirms Commitment To Exploring AI Tech?
UK defence ministers have claimed that the military are looking at a range of AI use cases for departmental operations and military deployment.?
At the moment, the military is exploring how machine learning and AI can help improve efficiency by tackling day-to-day tasks, leaving more time and resources for more important tasks.?
Maria Eagle, the minister for defence procurement and industry has said that the MoD’s explorations of AI and other emerging tools is supported and informed by “a range of resources, published on GOV.UK, to inform our AI and data usage.?
