3 年Very well articulated, Neha! Thus it becomes very important for leaders sponsoring and driving this digital journey to give equal focus and rigor on people side of change (Change Management). Inadequate sponsorhip of CM is big reason for more than 80% of the transformation failure (of 70% transformation which fails).
