How do you inspire families with children to visit an art museum? We think with a website especially for children. The art museum Kunstpalast and ERGO have started a cooperation with the goal to create the first website of a German art museum made only for kids. The project with Kunstpalast is part of a pro bono cooperation with the city of Dusseldorf with ERGO being digital partner of the city. ERGO supports the Kunstpalast with its digital expertise. We use our experience in agile working, SEO and SEA to build the website, to promote it and reach a conversion to visits of the Kunstpalast. There will be a continuous customer journey from the website to the offers for kids and families in the Kunstpalast. Design sprints have taken place, first prototypes have been built. We want to launch the site in autumn to promote the Kunstpalast as a weekend destination for families from Dusseldorf. Why the Rhino? Kids love it – and it is the first art piece you see entering the Kunstpalast. It will be the key visual of the website.
