Digitalization is probably one of the most used words at the moment (corona-times). Often it is used in an offensive context, because we hear it is ?missing“, ?not done enough“, ?awfully setup“ , etc..
Let′s take the emotions out. Digitalization is not simply adding some new mobile devices to the equipment pool or start to sell hybrid through the web shop. It is basically a change in the way the company behaves and acts towards their clients and employees…it is a game changer and affects the existing business model of the company. But it is worth the effort and needs all available energy. And it doesn′t matter if you are behind, because it is never too late to start the right thing !
